Breastfeeding Is Safe and Healthier An awareness seminar on Breastfeeding has been conducted at Khyber institute of Child Health and Children Hospital (KICH) Peshawar. Aim of the Seminar was to advocate for the promotion & protection of breastfeeding with focus on Early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months , starting complementary feeding at 6 completed and continuation of breastfeeding for 2 years. The Session was conducted with the collaboration of UNICEF Health Department, KP and Pakistan Pediatric Association.
